Per active debt
A structured administrative support package for debt-related correspondence. Fees are charged per active debt, creditor account or reference that requires ongoing monitoring, filing, communication or deadline tracking.
This is not a debt-management plan, debt counselling service, debt adjusting service, insolvency service, financial advice service or legal advice service. Clearfile does not handle client money and does not guarantee that a debt will be paused, reduced, written off, settled, cleared or resolved.

An active debt means one creditor, lender, debt purchaser, debt collector, solicitor, enforcement agent, account reference, complaint, dispute or debt-related matter requiring correspondence, filing, monitoring, response preparation or deadline tracking.
A debt may be marked paused where no correspondence or action is required for 30 days. If new correspondence or work is required, it becomes active again from that point.
Clearfile will only contact a creditor, collector or third party where written authority has been provided. Use the Client Authority and Consent form before any third-party communication starts.
