Correspondence Administration Service

£99.99 exc VAT

This service means Clearfile Correspondence takes over written administrative correspondence for one debt/account per purchase.

The client uploads copies of all letters, emails, notices, screenshots, account references, collector details and any information they already know about the debt. Clearfile then manages the written administrative correspondence process through clearfile.correspondence@gmail.com.

Clearfile can use available lawful written correspondence routes, including evidence requests, account-information requests, data-accuracy issues, complaint correspondence, vulnerability or financial-difficulty correspondence, and settlement discussions where the client instructs that this is what they want raised.

No outcome is guaranteed. The service does not guarantee that a debt will be written off, removed from a credit file, reduced or settled. Any settlement approach is handled as administrative correspondence based on the client's instructions and the affordability information they provide.

A signed authority and consent form is required before Clearfile contacts any creditor, debt purchaser, collection agent, solicitor, complaint team, data-protection team or other third party on the client's behalf.

Important boundary: Clearfile Correspondence does not provide regulated debt advice, legal advice, financial advice, claims-management services, insolvency advice or litigation representation. The client remains responsible for deciding what points they want raised and checking that correspondence reflects their instructions.
Where specialist help is needed: For regulated debt advice, insolvency options, court defence deadlines, bailiff enforcement, mortgage possession, mental-health crisis risk, or litigation strategy, contact a regulated debt adviser, solicitor, Citizens Advice, StepChange, National Debtline or another appropriate professional service.
